Rigo only takes 2%. Payment processing fees go directly to the payment processor (not to Rigo). For card payments, Stripe charges 2.9% processing, making the total 4.9%. For crypto, processing fees are typically 1-2%, making the total 3-4%. Rigo never sees the processing fees - they go to Stripe or the crypto network.
For a $100 card tip: Rigo takes $2.00 (2%), Stripe takes $2.90 (2.9%), you keep $95.10. For a $100 crypto tip: Rigo takes $2.00 (2%), crypto network takes $1-2, you keep $96-97. The payment processing fees go to Stripe or the crypto network, not to Rigo.
