Thank You Pages
Customize the thank-you experience for your supporters.
After someone tips you, they see a personalized thank-you page. You can customize this page to show your appreciation and share something special with your supporters.
What You Can Add
Each thank-you page can include:
- A thank-you message — Write a personal note to your supporters (up to 2,000 characters for individual tip amounts, 1,000 characters for page-wide messages).
- An image — Add a photo, artwork, or graphic (max 5 MB, JPEG/PNG/WebP/GIF supported).
- A downloadable file — Share exclusive content like a PDF, audio file, or wallpaper (max 5 MB, most file types supported).
- A link — Send supporters to your latest video, blog post, or anywhere else.
Personalizing Your Thank-You Messages
You can create different thank-you messages for different situations:
- One message for everything — Set a default message in Settings that all supporters see.
- Different messages per tip page — Customize the message in Tip Settings for that specific page.
- Special messages for certain amounts — Write a unique message for supporters who tip $100, for example.
When you customize a message for a specific amount or page, that's what supporters will see. Otherwise, they'll see your default message.
Thank-You Emails
Supporters also receive a thank-you email with the same content. This gives them a copy they can refer back to later, especially useful if you included a download link or exclusive content.
Once someone tips, the thank-you they received is saved. If you update your message later, it won't change what past supporters already saw — only new tips will show the updated message.
